Yuvraj Singh Wants THIS Bollywood Actor To Play Him In His Biopic
At an event, cricketer Yuvraj Singh said he would love to see Siddhanth Chaturvedi plays his role in the biopic on him.
Former cricketer Yuvraj Singh was known as one of the greatest limited over players to play for India and was particularly noted for his aggressive stroke play of the ball and his fielding. Recently, there was a buzz about popular Indian Cricketer Yuvraj Singh’s biopic is in the making. Recently, he was asked that if there was ever a biopic made on him, which actor would he like to enact his role. Here’s what Yuvraj replied.
During an interview, Yuvraj Singh was asked about which actor would he want to see depicting him on the big screen if a biopic on the cricketer is ever made. To which, he told a daily, “Probably, I’d play myself — that would be a bit desperate… (chuckles) hai na? See, that’s the director’s job to decide. If it’s going to be a Bollywood film, then Siddhant Chaturvedi — the guy who played MC Sher in Gully Boy (2019) — is a good option; I’d love to see him in the film.”
Well, this really proves that Siddhant Chaturvedi is not just well-received by the directors of movies and TV shows but he is also seen by the audience, especially cricketers.
For the unknown, the actor started with the television youth sitcom ‘Life Sahi Hai’ by Luv Ranjan, followed by the web series ‘Inside Edge’ season 1 & season 2 and ventured into Hindi films with a supporting role in the musical drama ‘Gully Boy’ opposite Ranveer Singh for which he gained quite a recognition.
On the professional note, Siddhant will next be seen in ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ followed by Shakun Batra’s yet-untitled film alongside Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday.
