Yami Gautam summoned by ED in alleged Foreign Exchange case
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned Yami Gautam in the alleged foreign exchange violation case.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned Yami Gautam, who recently got married to Aditya Dhar in connection with alleged irregularities under FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act). The actress has been asked to appear before them next week to record her statement regarding the case.
News agency ANI tweeted: “Mumbai: Enforcement Directorate (ED) summons actor Yami Gautam, asking her to appear before them next week to record her statement in connection with alleged irregularities under FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act).”

Reportedly, the officials said that the ‘Bala’ actress received ₹1.5 crores in her private bank account, which she did not disclose and she has been asked to join the probe on July 7. The case is being investigated by Zone 2 of ED. This is the second time the agency has summoned her in connection with its inquiry.
On the work front, Yami Gautam was last seen in the Netflix film, ‘Ginny Weds Sunny’ which starrer Vikrant Massey. Next, she will be seen in the horror-comedy, ‘Bhoot Police’ which also stars Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Jacqueline Fernandez. She also has a social-comedy film, ‘Dasvi’, and stars Abhishek Bachchan, Nimrat Kaur in the lead.
