X-Men: Dark Phoenix to release on THIS date

20th Century Fox has dropped the new trailer of X-Men sequel Dark Phoenix. The movie will show the X-Men and their most powerful enemy Jean Grey who becomes their enemy after she is hit by a cosmic force. It gives us a hint that this installment will be the last part of the X-Men saga that started in the year 2000. The movie is now releasing in Eid i.e on June 5 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter handle to announce the news. Here’s his tweet below.

After seeing the trailer we found it a bit similar with Avengers: Endgame but the difference is that in Endgame the Avengers fight against Thanos and here the X-Men will fight against the one who is from their own team. Sophie Turner is playing Jean Grey.

Dark Phoenix stars Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), Nicholas Hoult (Beast), Alexandra Shipp (Storm), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler), and Evan Peters (Quicksilver) among others.

The movie is co-produced by Simon Kinberg with Lauren Shuler Donner and Hutch Parker. Simon has also helmed the movie.

On June 5, Salman Khan’s Bharat is also hitting the screens. In that case, we have wait and watch which movie will perform well at the box office. Till then, stay tuned to our space.
