Bollywood celebs create awareness on World Environment Day.
Environment is currently one of the key problems for our country. There are many organisations and NGOs who are taking actions and measures to fight pollution and make our planet pollution-free. Today is World Environment Day, and to promote awareness among the public, Bollywood celebs took to their Twitter handle to spread the message. Varun Dhawan, Anushka Sharma, Akshay Kumar, and Dia Mirza among others took to social media to spread awareness about the day.
Akshay Kumar took to his Twitter handle and shared a video in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. He has sent a right message with the song ‘Hawa Aane De’. Sharing the video, he tweeted, “Air Pollution is a silent killer claiming millions of lives every year. Anushka Sharma urged everyone to “take a pledge to reverse the environmental damage caused by ensuring our commitment towards mother nature we call him.”
