We’ve shared personal data of Paytm users on the call from PMO – Ajay Sharma

Paytm is not an unknown name. It is an online payment platform. Initially, it was being used an app where you could recharge your mobile balance and then it went on to being one of the most reliable apps to transfer your money, recharge, shop and a lot more.

And after the demonetization in November 2016; there was a need and necessity of cashless transaction in the country. The users of Paytm rose to 20crores. And recently, Paytm has asked its customers to link their accounts to Aadhar Cards.

However, as per reports, the information being collected by Paytm is not just with them. In an interview with a journalist, Ajay Shekhar Sharma, Senior Vice President was seen saying that they have shared the personal details with the PMO. Whereas, Sudhanshu Gupta was seen saying how they Paytm promote the content.
