West Bengal: 4 Dead, 27 Injured After Temple Wall Collapses in North 24 Parganas
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced a compensation of Rs 5 lakh for the family the deceased
At least four people died and 27 people injured were injured after a wall of a Temple in West Bengal collpased on the occasion of Krishan Janmashtami 2019. According to reports, affected people gathered to celebrate Janmasthami on this Friday in Kachua when the wall collapse incident happened.
Taking stock of the situation of the temple, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had made an announcement a compensation of Rs. 5 lakh for the family of the deceased, Rs.1 lakh for those who got critically injured and Rs. 50,000 for others with minor injuries.
