Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has unveiled a new logo ahead of IPL 2020 and team captain Virat Kohli loves it. The new RCB logo was unveiled on Friday and Virat Kohli took to Twitter to express his excitement over it. The ace cricketer wrote, “LOGO ka kaam hai kehna. Thrilled to see our new @rcbtweets logo. It embodies the Bold pride and challenger spirit that our players bring to the field. Can’t wait for #IPL2020 #NewDecadeNewRCB A new chapter begins #PlayBold #NewDecadeNewRCB”
RCb had unveiled their new logo with a tweet, saying, “Embodying the bold pride and the challenger spirit, we have unleashed the rampant lion returning him to the Royal lineage New Decade, New RCB, and this is our new logo #PlayBold #NewDecadeNewRCB”
RCB caused quite a stir when their Twitter display and cover pictures were removed. No one seemed to have a clue as to what was happening. Yuzvendra Chahal, AB de Villiers, and even SRH were concerned after RCB removed the pictures. Virat Kohli, who is the captain of RCB, was also not aware of the reasons behind the sudden action. He tweeted out, “Posts disappear and the captain isn’t informed. @rcbtweets, let me know if you need any help.”
However, RCB was quick to assure their captain that everything was fine. They replied, “All good, Cap! Every amazing innings begins from 0* and we’ve just gotten off the mark #NewDecadeNewRCB”
The latest season of IPL is scheduled to begin on March 29, 2020. RCB has not won a season of IPL yet but here’s hoping their luck with change with a new logo and Virat Kohli’s capable captaincy.
