Season 6 will see Ivar at the mercy of the barbaric ruler Prince Oleg. Prince Oleg was a ruler in Russia in real life. The character will be portrayed by Hardcore Henry star Danila Kozlovsky.
Erik — Eric Johnson
According to Deadline, Eric Johnson will play Erik, “a formidable warrior who is an outlaw living on his wits and martial skills.”
Ingrid — Lucy Martin
Lucy Martin took to Instagram to share set photos of her with Bjorn Ironside, meaning she could be a new love interest for the character. The two actors look very cozy, strongly hinting at a romantic relationship to follow.
Ganbaatar — Andrei Claude
Andrei Claude also shared the news of his character appearing on season six of the Vikings via Instagram.
Andrei Claude has previously described his character as “the captain of the Rus Vikings’ army and also Prince Oleg’s right-hand man” while talking to CheatSheet.
Andrei Claude has been seen in films such as 13 Hours and Mariah: The Diva, The Demons, and The Drama. He also played Khal Rhalko in episodes of Game of Thrones.
Alicia Agneson
Alicia Agenson’s original character Freydis was strangled by Ivar earlier in Vikings. However, actor Alicia Agneson looks ready for a return in the final season as a new character. She had confirmed that she will be playing a Russian princess.
Prince Dir — Lenn Kudrjawizki
Prince Oleg’s brother Prince Dir will be played by Lenn Kudrjawizki. The actor was previously seen in The Transporter Refueled and Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit.
Eira — Kathy Monahan
Kathy Monahan is slated to play Lagertha’s shield maiden in the new season of Vikings, according to her agent’s website.
