Vijay Sethupathi one of the most versatile and talented actors of Kollywood. The actor has created a niche for himself in the South all thanks to his acting chops and the attitude of never giving up. Vijaya Gurunatha Sethupathi was born in Madurai. He moved to Chennai in class six and did a number of odd jobs for pocket money. Vijay next worked as a salesman at a retail store, cashier at a fast food joint, and a phone booth operator. On completing his graduation he worked as an account assistant at a wholesale cement business. He soon left for Dubai to work as an accountant.
Vijay Sethupathi joined the entertainment industry and worked as a background actor. He has also acted in television series till he gained immense fame and went on to be loved by his fans.
On the work front, Vijay Sethupathi will soon be seen in Master. The movie features Thalapathy Vijay in the titular role. He will be seen as the main antagonist. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film also features Malavika Mohanan and Andrea Jeremiah as the lead actors. The film was supposed to be released on April 8, 2020. However, due to the lockdown imposed for COVID 19, the release date has been postponed.
