Vijay Deverakonda today took to social media to make two important announcements. He took to Twitter handle to reveal the launch of MCF or Middle Class Fund which will contribute a huge sum of Rs. 1.30 crore through his charity, The Deverakonda Foundation.
This fund will help buy groceries and other essentials for many middle-class families who are suffering because of the lockdown. The foundation’s relief operations are already being carried out in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Vijay wrote that he has a proper team and system to help people. He has also requested people to support the foundation.
He wrote, “None of us were prepared for this. But we are fighters. We shall survive this and come out of it strong. This thing hit me hard as w.ell, but I am here now. I am here with my incredible team that never says no to a fight and we are happy to announce a 1.30 cr fund to help as many as we can. All we need is some Love, Kindness and support and I am Sending you all, my love and strength (sic).”
On the work front, Vijay will be next seen in Tamil film Master, which has been directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Vijay will be seen playing the antagonist. Malavika Mohanan will star opposite him.
