Varun Dhawan has been dating his childhood friend Natasha Dalal for several years. The duo is often spotted at parties, events, and family functions. Earlier, on Kareena Kapoor Khan’s radio show, ‘What Women Want,’ she referred to Natasha as his ‘fiancée’, and ever since, there have been reports of the two being engaged. Now, the ‘Kalank’ actor has refused the reports of his roka.
Speaking to the Hindustan Times, the ‘Coolie No 1’ actor said, “Nahi nahi, aisa kuch bhi nahi hua. For the past 18-20 days, I have been in a live-in relationship with myself only since I was quarantined due to Covid-19.”
Further, the actor said, “Honestly, nothing has happened. No ceremony has happened but obviously, when I have been with a person for so many years, the commitment is there and then if one calls her anything of mine, that’s right only because she is. I am in a committed relationship and that means I am only with her and there is no one else.”
Reportedly, Varun and Natasha were planning a destination wedding in Thailand this year but due to the Coronavirus pandemic, they had to cancel it, however, the actor denied the reports.
On the work front, the actor is currently gearing up for his digital debut, ‘Coolie No. 1’ along with Sara Ali Khan. It is set to release on Amazon Prime Video on December 25, 2020.
