Varun Dhawan cheers for Indian cricket team ahead of World Cup 2019; watch video

The fever of ICC World Cup 2019 has already been caught up and social media is flooded with memes and videos cheering for team India. Bollywood industry is also not lacking behind to cheer for the team. Shraddha Kapoor shared a video on her Insta story where Varun Dhawan is seen cheering for the Indian cricket team.
In the video, Varun is seen wearing India’s jersey and the Indian flag painted on his cheeks. With full josh, he says, “Jeetega bhai jeetega, India jeetega.” Turning to a woman present there, he asked her to say “Bolo Bharat Maata ki Jai.”

Varun is currently in Dubai with the team shooting for his upcoming movie, Street Dancer 3D. The movie is being helmed by Remo D’souza and is the third installment of ABCD series. Produced by T-Series and Lizelle D’Souza, Street Dancer 3D also stars Nora Fatehi and Prabhudheva along with Varun and Shraddha. The movie was earlier scheduled to release on November 8 but now it has been pushed to January 24, 2020.
Talking about World Cup 2019, it is scheduled to be hosted by England and Wales, from 30 May to 14 July 2019. Indian cricket team will be playing their first match against South Africa on June 5. The team has reached the venue and the Men in Blue have started prepping for the upcoming matches. Currently, the warm-up matches are going on.
