The US-based brand music band called ‘Bluegrass Journeymen’ on Friday expressed their wish to team up with India’s no 1 singing sensation, Arijit Singh. It is to be noted that the band ‘Bluegrass Journeymen’ have already been to Rishikesh and Dehradun in Uttarakhand.
The United States-based band had earlier performed at the United States embassy in New Delhi and specifically, they played ‘Tujhe Dekha Toh yeh Jaana Sanam’ song from Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic film ‘Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge.’
“We would love to collaborate with Arijit Singh that would be really great. He has such a great voice and he is classically trained and it would be great to do a collaboration with him,” band lead singer Patrick Fitzsimmons told news agency ANI.
Speaking about India’s music, Patrick said that there is a lot of diversity to it. He went on to explain that every Indian state has its own traditions and own sound.
