Vicky Kaushal and Yami Gautam starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike has been a massive hit of 2019. Earlier there was news that it would be remade in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. Producer Ronnie Screwvala and his entire team were reportedly getting calls from producers from the South, who wanted to adapt and remake the movie in their own language. So, the makers had to sell the rights of the movie at a higher price. Ronnie Screwvala took to his Twitter handle to announce that Uri will be releasing in Telegu and he also shared the Telugu poster of it.
He tweeted, “#URI was truly a movement. A movement that every Indian resonated to and cherished their hearts. To touch more lives – #URI now in telugu.”
Here’s his tweet.
