Tokyo Paralympics: Pramod Bhagat Wins Gold, Suhas Yathiraj Bags Silver, bronze for Manoj Sarkar in Badminton
India has registered the best ever performance at the Paralympics in Tokyo. Day 12 brought two gold medals for India at the Tokyo Paralympics. Pramod Bhagat went on to bag a gold medal in the men’s singles SL3 category. The reigning world champion claimed a historic gold in the men’s singles SL3 class.

While Suhas L Yathiraj took home the silver medal in the badminton men’s singles (SL4) final.

Bhagat beat Great Britain’s Daniel Bethell in the summit clash while Sarkar defeated Japan’s Daisuke Fujihara in the third-place play-off. Suhas lost to France’s Lucas Mazur.
