On Wednesday, an FIR was filed by Mumbai Police against Bollywood stars Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani as they were allegedly seen violating the COVID-19 pandemic norms.
News agency ANI tweeted as: “An FIR has been registered against actors Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani & others for violating COVID-19 restrictions: Mumbai Police The actors were found roaming at Bandstand Promenade & couldn’t give a valid reasons to police for being out of their homes after 2 pm”

Mumbai Police also tweeted the same without mentioning the duo’s name, however, they referred to their films and wrote: “In the ongoing ‘War’ against the virus, going ‘Malang’ on the streets of Bandra cost dearly to two actors who have been booked under sections 188, 34 IPC by Bandra PStn . We request all Mumbaikars to avoid unnecessary ‘Heropanti’ which can compromise on safety against #COVID19”

This comes a day after, the couple was stopped during their second round at Bandstand by the Mumbai Police. Reportedly, the couple was returning home from the gym on Tuesday. According to a report in the Times Of India, the police checked Tiger and Disha’s Aadhar card and some other formalities, following which, the two left.
Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani have been in a relationship for a long time but have refrained from speaking about their romance.
On the work front, Disha will be seen next in ‘Ek Villain 2’ with Arjun Kapoor and John Abraham. Whereas, Tiger will be featuring in ‘Heropanti 2’ with Tara Sutaria and ‘Ganapath’ with Kriti Sanon.
