Players can now indulge in Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 free of cost on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The Ubisoft game is free to download and play till March 1st. After this limited time offer is done, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will be available for its normal price.
In addition, players who play the game during the previous free weekend can carry their progress over to this weekend as well as into the actual game. Players can also opt-out of playing the game once it’s no longer free. This is a free trial version and the game will still need to be purchased at the end of the limited time period.
Ubisoft has already reduced the game’s price to $3 so more players than ever before can have access to it. Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is also gearing up for a major expansion pack in Warlords of New York. The expansion pack will have players hunting down Aaron Keener in New York City.
“While The Division was working to secure Washington, D.C., a familiar shadow fell over the streets of New York,” reads an official pitch of the expansion. “Aaron Keener – one of The Division’s original antagonists, as well as the first Division Agent to go rogue – has brought the factions of New York City under his control, and used them to conquer Lower Manhattan. With other rogue Agents and a lethal new viral strain at his command, Keener is poised to eradicate what little has been rebuilt since the catastrophic Black Friday pandemic. The battle to restore order continues, but now The Division has a new mission: Stop Keener at any cost.”
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
