Tamil Actor Vadivel Balaji passes away due to heart attack; Condolences pour in
Tamil actor cum comedian Vadivel Balaji passed away on September 10 in Chennai. The actor known for his work in Tamil cinema and television was just 45 years old. The actor had been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai recently after he suffered a cardiac arrest. Balaji was on a ventilator and was later shifted to a government hospital due to financial crunch. He passed away 15 days after his heart attack.

Vadivel Balaji had been under treatment for the past 15 days and reportedly passed away early this morning due to complications in his health.
Vadivel Balaji is survived by his wife, a son, and a daughter.
‘Vadivel’ Balaji rose to fame, beginning as a participant in Vijay’s TV’s reality show Kalakkapovadhu Yaaru. He was also part of the show Adu Idhu Edhu. The actor made his debut in Tamil cinema with a film titled ‘En Raasavin Manasile’ in 1991. He was also seen in Nayanthara’s hit film Kolamaavu Kokila.
