Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah to be entered in Guinness Book of World Records?

Asit Modi’s family comedy show, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is known to have the longest airtime in comparison with the other Indian shows. The show marks the completion of 13 years now. The original cast including Dilip Joshi, Disha Vakani, Munmun Dutta, Raj Anadkat enjoys a great fan following after the success of the show. This one is the sitcom’s longest-running TV show. After getting registered into the Limca Book Of World Records for the longest-running category, it is now slated to be entered in the Guinness Book of World Records according to reports.

The show has completed an unexplored feat of 3000 episodes. According to the latest media reports, the show makers are currently completing the formalities which are needed to get registered in the Guinness Book Of World Records. The source close to the production house reportedly informed the media outlets that the team got busy processing all the required formalities to get enlisted. They will soon get enlisted in the Guinness Book Of World Records for being the longest-running TV show. The team is expecting for a positive response.

The producers have not officially commented on this as yet. However, if the reports are true then this would a true reason for celebrations for the show fans.
