Bhavya Gandhi, who is popularly known to have portrayed the role of Tapu in the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah show, his father Vinod breathed his last according to the media reports. Bhavya’s father was reportedly on a ventilator for around 10 days. He was apparently suffering from Coronavirus-related health complications.
According to a report by Dainik Bhaskar, Bhavya’s father was hospitalized after he tested COVID positive a few days ago. However, his father was kept on the ventilator after his health condition worsened. Vinod was fighting for his life for around 10 days and the doctors, unfortunately, couldn’t save his father. Vinod was succumbed to death due to the Coronavirus. The exact date and time of Bhavya’s father passing away are not in the public domain as of yet.
The actor has not posted anything on his social media handles as of yet nor he spoke to the media. Apparently, he was admitted to the Kokilaben Ambani hospital in Mumbai and he is survived by his wife, Yashoda, and sons, Nischit and Bhavya. For the unversed, Vinod Gandhi was apparently into the construction business.
