Over last few days, there is a constant debate on ‘nepotism’, ‘movie mafia culture’ and the ‘exploitation’ that exists in the glitter world of Bollywood. After Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely death, netizens were seen slamming B-town biggies for their exploitation and domination. The beautiful actress, Sushamita Sen expresses her opinion on the term nepotism in her recent conversation.
In a recent conversation with PTI, the actress spilled the beans about what she thinks about nepotism as a part of the Bollywood industry. She informed, “There has been discussion about this over the media and everywhere at this moment. But, we all have been enduring it and it is not new. Is it something that we have just realised? “.
“That competitiveness or now everybody says this word ‘nepotism’ – is a truth you have known for as long as the industry has existed. With awareness, social and digital space, it has increased thousands of folds,” she said, also adding, “If it needs to change, then all of us need to take responsibility, not one person,” she said further.
On the professional front, the actress marked her comeback with the web show, ‘Aarya’, which was released last week. The actress is currently garnering good reviews for her stiller performances in the show. The web show has been helmed by Ram Madhvani Sandeep Modi Vinod Rawat.
