Bollywood actor, Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely death has unveiled a lot of dark sides of the industry. The Narcotic Control Bureau is currently probing the death case and the officials have summoned several elite B-townies of late. After interrogating Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and few others, the officials to now record a statement in Delhi making Siddharth Pithani a key witness in the case, according to the reports.
As per a report Times Now, the CBI’s line of questioning will be based on the statements of all flatmates, Sushant Singh Rajput’s staff as well as other people. Siddharth Pithani’s statement is also being recorded separately at the CBI office. Apparently, he might have already turned a key witness in the case.
Siddharth Pithani is one among the people, who were close to Sushant Singh Rajput before his death. He was grilled by the NCB, CBI and ED multiple times and he was seen serving the summons. Reportedly, Pithani is being closely monitored by the authorities, as he has been the only one to give details of the arrival of ‘outsiders’ at the residence, on June 13, a day allegedly before the unfortunate event occurred. He might have already reached Delhi for the probe, many believe.
On the other side, the Narcotic Control Bureau has seized mobile phones of Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, KWAN talent manager, Karishma Prakash and Jaya Saha to curate more evidences in the drug nexus case. The officials are expected to summon more bigger names from the industry soon.
