‘Sushant Singh Rajput didn’t wish to live’, says doctor
Sushant Singh Rajput's doctor who treated him for depression stated that the late actor did not wish to live.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s doctor who treated him for depression and anxiety in November 2019, revealed some details on the actor’s health. The doctor also stated that the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor did not wish to live and he was afraid all the time.
According to a report in NDTV, the report states that SSR’s manager Shruti Modi contacted the doctor in November to inform him about the actor’s health condition. “On the date 27/11/2019, Miss Shruti Modi messaged me on WhatsApp to make my appointment for the same afternoon at 3:00 PM,” the doctor said. She came alone to his clinic ”
Shruti also requested the doctor to check up and treat Rajput as he was in ‘dire need of treatment’. She also told the doctor that she could admit him if needed.
The doctor said that SSR was suffering from depression, “On the date 28/11/2019, around 9:00 AM, during the visit to Hinduja Health Care Hospital, I examined and met Sushant Singh Rajput for the first time. At that time, he told me things like he is not getting sleep or has any appetite, he doesn’t like anything in life now, he doesn’t wish to live and he is afraid all the time.”
The actor also said during the examination that he doesn’t have any suicidal thoughts.
Sushant Singh Rajput was discharged from the hospital on November 30. The doctor had prescribed him some medicines to help ‘reduce depression and restlessness.’
