Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Family Lawyer Reveals When CBI Will Summon Rhea Chakraborty

A special team of CBI is currently investigating the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput in Mumbai. Rhea Chakraborty is among the list of main accused, as the late actor’s father, K.K Singh had filed an FIR against her in Patna Police station. While the actress was earlier interrogated by the Enforcement Directorate in Mumbai, SSR’s family lawyer now reveals when she shall be questioned by the CBI.

Vikas Singh, the lawyer from Sushant’s family side while talking about CBI summoning Rhea Chakraborty says that if she doesn’t cooperate then she might be arrested by the team. According to ANI, the lawyer said, “Rhea Chakraborty will be summoned by the CBI after it has done its spadework. They are examining everybody and once they are able to do their homework properly then only they will start grilling Rhea. Once they (CBI) start grilling Rhea & if she does not cooperate with the investigation or gives evasive answers, then the possibility of her arrest will also rise. I’m quite hopeful that probe is going in the right direction.”

According to the reports, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde apparently stated that the actress and her family have not received any summons from the Central Bureau of Investigation, so far. If they receive a summon, they will appear before the agency.
