The trailer of the movie ‘Sui Dhaaga – Made in India’ is out on YouTube. The film is helmed by National award winning Producer – Director Duo of Maneesh Sharma and Sharat Katariya (Dum Laga ke Haisha) and features Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles.

The trailer follows the journey of a couple hailing from a village. Varun Dhawan plays the character of Mauji who enjoys every moment of his life whereas the Anushka’s character is Mamta who is his supportive wife. It is a heartwarming story of pride and self reliance, which found its roots in the heart of India and reflects the passion that runs through the veins of every single Indian.

It’s the first time that this pair is appearing together onscreen. Taking the message of ‘Made in India’ forward, it modestly tries to bring back our traditional art forms and handicrafts in focus.

The clip seems promising and sets out high expectations at box office. The love story is slated to hit the screens on September 28.
