SSR Case: NCB takes Sushant’s manager Samuel Miranda in custody

In the latest development regarding Sushant Singh Rajput death case, Samuel Miranda has been detained by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials. Earlier in the morning, NCB officials conducted raids on the residence of Rhea Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, and Samuel Miranda. The raids are in connection with the drug trafficking probe linked to the death case of actor Sushant. Soon after the raid, Sushant Singh Rajput’s manager was whisked away by the NCB officials.
Samuel Miranda was detained under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The NVB also conducted searches at the residence of actress Rhea Chakraborty to probe the drug angle in the case.

On Thursday, two Mumbai-based persons Basit Parihar and Zaid Vilatra, whom the NCB claimed, had links with Showik and Miranda, were arrested. Zaid Vilatra, an alleged contraband dealer has been arrested in connection with the drug trafficking case. He has been sent to the custody of the NCB till September 9.
