Shah Rukh Khan to start shooting for Atlee’s film from April this year?

It has been more than a year, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has not announced his next film yet. There have been rumours suggesting that Shah Rukh will next be seen in South Indian director Atlee Kumar, who has delivered multiple hit movies including Bigil, Mersal among others.

As soon as the rumours of Shah Rukh Khan collaborating with Atlee surfaced on the internet, fans of SRK are eagerly want to know when the film will go on floors. According to a reliable source down South, Shah Rukh will begin shooting for the Atlee film from April 2020.

“For the last few months there has been speculations about K-town’s biggest director @Atlee_dir next project!!! Now, the big news is that an official announcement regarding his Bollywood entry with @iamsrk will be out soon shoot from April”, reads the tweet.

Before Shah Rukh starts shooting for the Atlee film, makers of the film will officially announce the cast of the film. It is yet to finalise who will be seen opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Atlee’s next.

If anything to go by the latest buzz, ace filmmaker Karan Johar will produce SRK-Atlee project. A Bollywood Hungama source revealed that Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions has associated with the project and Atlee is working with the creative team of the production company in forming a concrete screenplay for the film to give it a pan-India appeal.

Beside Atlee film, there have been reports doing the rounds on social media that SRK and Kareena Kapoor Khan will team up for Rajkumar Hirani’s next project. When Kareena Kapoor Khan was asked about the same, she told Mumbai Mirror, “No, that’s not true. I love and respect Shah Rukh immensely and would love to work with him again. But there’s nothing happening at the moment.”

As per the buzz, Raj Kumar Hirani’s film will be widely shot in Gujarat, London and Canada.
