Watch: When Shah Rukh Khan called Aishwarya Rai a ‘Bhootni’

Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were recently spotted at the Lux Golden Rose Awards. The Badshah and actress Kajol were honoured with the Timeless Jodi Award whereas Aishwarya received the Timeless Beauty award. Now, SRK is known for his wit and never misses a chance to impress his fans and friends.

The ‘Raees’ star did the same at the prestigious award ceremony when he stepped on the stage to honour Aishwarya Rai Bachchan with the Timeless Beauty award. King Khan said that he has never got a chance to do normal romance with her. He recalled that in ‘Josh’, they were siblings, ‘Devdas’ was a tragic romance and then in ‘Mohabbatein’, she played a ghost.

In his own humorous way, SRK said, “Aur Mohabbatein mein ye bhootni thi”.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the release of ‘Zero’ that has him depicting the role of a vertically challenged man. The Aanand L Rai directorial also features Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in pivotal roles.

‘Zero’ will be releasing on 21 December 2018.
