On Tuesday, the trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home was released a day after a video claiming to be a trailer of the film was released on social media platforms after which Sony tried to take down leaked videos all throughout. The American superhero film is based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man, co-produced by Columbia Pictures and Marvel Studios, and distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing.
The trailer shows multiverse hijinks with Doctor Strange, as well as footage of Alfred Molina as Doc Ock. The film is Tom Holland’s third solo adventure as Spider-Man. It takes forward the multiverse concept introduced by Loki. In the film, Parker seeks out the help of Stephen Strange to help make his identity as Spider-Man a secret again, leading to a dangerous alternative.
It also includes villains from previous films: Jamie Foxx’s Electro and Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus. The film also stars Zendaya as MJ and Marisa Tomei as Aunt May.
