Confirmed: Sonu Sood to become the first guest of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’
Sonu Sood will be gracing the first episode of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' post Coronavirus lockdown break.
‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ marks its return after 125 days and the fresh episodes will begin airing from August 1, 2020. Meanwhile, there were reports of the ‘Dabangg’ star Sonu Sood to be the first guest on the show, however, it is confirmed that the actor is the first guest after the show resumes.

Sonu Sood is currently termed as the ‘Messiah of Migrants,’ reportedly, the actor will be talking about his experience of helping the migrant workers amidst the coronavirus lockdown. The actor has been arranging for transportation to take the migrant workers home while also providing food and other necessary amenities. He was also praised by Maharashtra’s Governor for his efforts towards helping migrant workers.
The pictures have been surfaced on social media from the show where Sood can be seen having a jolly time, alongside actor Krushna Abhishek and Kapil Sharma, who is joined by Bharati Singh, Sumona Chakravarty, and Archana Puran Singh. The cast and crew have been taking all the safety precautions amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Recently, Sonu Sood also announced that he is all set to come up with a book recounting his experience of helping migrant workers and sending them home throughout the coronavirus lockdown. The book will be published by Penguin Random House India.
