Actor Sonu Sood has become the messiah of masses. The actor has been giving a helping hand to numerous migrant workers stranded in Mumbai city due to COVID-19 Lockdown. The Dabangg actor has now arranged buses for 200 idli vendors in Mumbai to take them back home to Tamil Nadu.
The idli vendors as a show of gratitude performed aarti and the video has since gone viral on social media.
Sonu Sood was greeted by the vendors with an Aarti. The actor also broke a coconut for good luck before their journey commenced. The entire procedure was documented by photographer Viral Bhayani, who shared it on his Instagram page.
Viral captioned the video as, “@Sonu_Sood sent across 200 idliwalas back to their home state of Tamil Nadu. Kudos to him yet again. The actor has started the Ghar Bhejo initiative with his friend @goel.neeti. #sonusood #viralbhayani @viralbhayani.”

Sonu had earlier helped 150 more migrant workers fly to Kochi in a chartered flight. He also booked a chartered flight to help fly over 170 migrant workers to Dehradun in Uttarakhand from Mumbai. The Dabangg star ecently launched a toll-free number – 18001213711 – through which one can reach out to his team for help.
The actor has also provided the rooms in his hotel in Mumbai for health professionals to stay.
Sonu Sood has been lauded not only by his fans but also by his friends from Bollywood and eminent politicians for his work.
