Television actress Smriti Khanna and husband Gautam Gupta have been blessed with a baby girl on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, amid nationwide lockdown. The actress took to her Instagram handle to share the good news with her fans.

Sharing a picture with her little angel and husband on her Instagram handle, Smriti Khanna wrote, “Our princess has arrived ?15.04.2020.”
Smriti Khanna and Gautam Gupta announced the pregnancy in December last year. Ever since the actress is pregnant, Smriti Khanna has been sharing photos, videos of her pregnancy journey on Instagram. The actress had also shared pictures of herself flaunting her baby bump.
Talking to Times Of India Gautam Gupta shared how they managed to reach safely at the hospital amid the coronavirus lockdown, he said, “We stay at Juhu and the hospital is in Khar. We drove alone in the car amidst the lockdown and safely reached the hospital. I am happy that everything is safe and good, specially when the country is going through a lockdown.”
The actress married Gautam Gupta on 23 November 2017 after being in a relationship for some time. The duo fell in love on the sets of Ekta Kapoor’s show ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi.’ It was then later on that she shared about their wedding on social media.
