Singer Madhu Priya files complaint to Hyderabad police over blank calls
On Sunday, singer Madhu Priya lodged a complaint to the Hyderabad cyber police over receiving blank calls from unknown numbers.
Madhu Priya Peddinti is a Telugu playback singer. She gained popularity on Telugu television with her folk song Adapillanamma Nenu Adapilanani. She was also one of the participants of the first season of the Telugu reality TV show Bigg Boss Telugu, however, got evicted on Day 13.

Now, the singer has filed a complaint to the Hyderabad cyber police over blank calls via email. She has also submitted phone numbers to the police officials. She revealed that unknown people have been harassing her for two days through social media and phone calls.
The complaint has been filed against them under the sections of IPC 509 and 354B. The singer has also urged the police officials to take strict action against those who harassed him. According to the latest reports, the police have forwarded Madhu Priya’s case to the SHE team- a special branch of Hyderabad police that deals with crimes of eve-teasing and harassment against women.
Madhu Priya made her Tollywood debut with her singing for the movie Daggaraga Dooranga. For the song Vachinde from the movie Fidaa, she won the Filmfare Award for Best Play Back Singer Female. Recently, she also sang the song He’S Soo Cute for Mahesh Babu and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru.
