She would next lock horns with Tai Tzu Ying of Chinese Taipei in the final on Tuesday.
Tzu Ying had earlier ended Indian ace Saina Nehwal’s bid for a spot in the final with a convincing straight sets victory.
The 28-year old Nehwal did not have an answer to Tzu Ying and eventually ended up conceding the match 17-21, 14-21.
