Sidharth Malhotra quits Matrix Entertainment after nine-years of association

Sidharth Malhotra has been making buzz for his upcoming film, Shershaah, which also features Kiara Advani. The army drama is set to be released on August 12, on Amazon Prime. Amidst the buzz about his upcoming film, the actor makes headlines for calling it a quit with his agency Matrix Entertainment.

According to a latest report by Bollywood Hungama, the actor has called of his nine-years-long association with Reshma Shetty’s talent agency and he is all set to take charge of his business decisions. Since his debut with Student Of The Year in 2012, Matrix Entertainment has been apparently managing his business deals. The handsome hunk will now take his own decisions in business and brand association matters. Sid has not officially commented anything about this.

For the unversed, Sidharth Malhotra began his career with modeling. He has also worked as a trainee assistant director before bagging his first role as the main lead in Dharma Production’s film, SOTY.

Talking about his upcoming film, Shershaah, it is a story of valour, love and sacrifice and its inspired by the life of Captain Vikram Batra (PVC). It is set in the backdrop of the Kargil War of 1999.
