STORY: It’s Friday, which means we will be reviewing another film. Today, we shall talk about Ayushmaan Khurrana’s ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan.’ The story is based on a homosexual relationship and how they have to face a new battle every day because of their sexuality it also revolves around the love story of two men who are trying to convince their family to accept their relationship. However, let’s find out our honest review of the movie
The movie is a sequel to his 2017 film ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ featuring Bhumi Pednekar and Ayushmann Khurana in the lead role.
REVIEWS: ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ has released today i.e. 21st February 2020 and as always Ayushmann Khurrana’s magic has worked once again.
‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ is the story of Karthik (Ayushmann Khurrana) and Aman (Jitendra Kumar) who are in love and live together in Delhi and the troubles began when the duo go to attend Aman’s sister Googal’s wedding (Maanvi Gagroo), daughter of Aman’s uncle (Manurishi Chaddha), and that’s where their relationship is exposed there. The whole family, including Aman’s father Shankar Tripathi (Gajraj Rao) and mother Sunayana Tripathi (Neena Gupta), are in shock when they find out that their son is gay. Now the difficulty before Aman and Karthik is to change everyone’s thoughts and to accept their relationship.
The film is a full package of entertainment. The dialogue delivery by each and every character is mind-blowing. Neena Gupta, Maanvi Gagroo and Jitendra Kumar steal the whole show. The screenplay is fresh and doesn’t give you a minute to doze and the music is amazing as well. Lastly, the story missed connecting to your heart emotionally.
Directed and written by Hitesh Kewalya. It is produced by Aanand L. Rai and Bhushan Kumar under their respective banners Colour Yellow Productions and T-Series.
All in all, ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ is a must-watch this weekend.
