Shehnaaz Gill To Resume Work For Honsla Rakh From This Date

Actress Shehnaaz Gill is finally set to resume work. The actress has not been seen since Sidharth Shukla demise. The hugely popular TV actor and winner of Bigg Boss 13 passed away from a heart attack on September 2. Gill will begin work for her upcoming film Honsla Rakh. She will shoot a promotional song for her Punjabi film. The makers of Honsla Rakh confirmed the news

Speaking to TOI, producer Diljit Thind said, “I was constantly in touch with Shehnaaz’s team and they regularly updated us about her. She is a thorough professional and I am glad that she has agreed to shoot the promotional song with us. We will be shooting either in the UK or India depending on her visa.”

He further added that Shehnaaz has been through a difficult phase and is still grieving Sidharth Shukla’s demise. It must have taken a lot of courage for her to resume work to fulfil her professional commitments. As she is like a family to them they do not want to impose anything on her. They just want her to get back to a normal work schedule for her sanity.

The trailer of Shehnaaz Gill-starrer Honsla Rakh was released on September 27. It has been received well by the audience. The trailer has garnered 21 million views on YouTube.

Directed by Amarjit Singh Saron, Honsla Rakh stars Diljit Dosanjh, Sonam Bajwa and Shehnaaz Gill in the lead roles. The Amarjit Singh Saron-directed movie will hit the theatres on October 15.
