Virat Kohli scored a majestic hundred on the third day of the second Test match on a difficult wicket in Perth. And he drew praise from the legendary Australian spinner Shane Warne who heaped praise on the Indian skipper, saying that he belonged to an entirely different class. The former spinner, who is a pundit now took to Twitter to laud the 30-year old.

The prolific right-hander has been one of India’s best bets with the bat in 2018, especially across the overseas tours they’ve had so far. Kohli, who scored truckloads of runs in South Africa and England also made his presence felt on Australian soil once again with a classy 123 in India’s first innings–a knock that also saw him become the first Indian captain and the third from the country to score 1,000 runs on foreign soil in a calendar year. Mohinder Amarnath and Rahul Dravid are the other two Indians to achieve the feat.
