Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to grace the big screens after a long hiatus. The Badshah who was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero will make a comeback with YRF’s Pathan. The film also stars Bollywood Diva Deepika Padukone and handsome hunk John Abraham in pivotal roles. But sadly all his fans who were waiting to see King Khan in 2021 will be a tad disappointed as Pathan will now hit the screens in 2022.
Well- Known trade analyst Taran Adarsh has revealed that the YRF movie is not slated to release in 2021. He took to Twitter to reveal that Pathan is tracking a 2022 release now. He wrote, “#BreakingNews… #Pathan – which marks #SRK’s return to the big screen after a hiatus – will release in 2022… Not 2021… #SRK collaborates with leading production house #YRF after a long gap(sic).”

The shooting for Pathan had started in November last year and is currently underway. Reportedly, John Abraham will play the role of the antagonist. The makers have reportedly picked Dubai as the epicentre of major fight scenes. Superstar Salman Khan is also a part of the movie. He has a special cameo and will shoot for the movie as soon as the Bigg Boss finale is wrapped up. The Dabangg Khan will appear as Tiger.
