Sanak: Vidyut Jammwal Starrer Direct OTT Release

The COVID Pandemic continues to create havoc across nations. Cinemas too are wounded by the coronavirus pandemic. After Taapsee Pannu’s Rashmi Rocket taking the OTT route. Vidyut’s Sanak is all set for the same. Yes, Vidyut Jammwal’s Sanak: Hope Under Siege will release on Disney+Hotstar soon.

The news was shared by Vidyut Jammwal on his Instagram handle along with a new poster. Sharing the poster Vidyut wrote, “Maine suna hai SANAK kuch bhi karwa Sakti hai aur pyaar main Sanki bana sakti hai… Ab meri #Sanak karegi saari hadein paar! My upcoming action thriller coming soon on @disneyplushotstar #DisneyPlusHotstarMultiplex (sic).”

The poster features a slightly bruised Vidyut holding a gun. He is a man on a mission looking out for his opponents.

Sanak is produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Zee Studios. It is being directed by Kanishk Verma and has Bengali actress Rukmini Maitra in a pivotal role. Neha Dhupia will also appear in a special role along with Chandan Roy Sanyal.

On the personnel front, Vidyut had confirmed the engagement with designer Nandita Mahtani. Pictures of the couple posing in front of the Taj Mahal created a buzz on the Internet. It had Nandita flaunting the engagement ring.

On the work front, Vidyut recently announced his production house Action Hero Films. Apart from Sanak, Vidyut also has Khuda Hafiz 2 in the pipeline, a sequel to his 2020 release.
