South star, Samantha Akkineni is currently seen essaying the role of Raaji, a rebel leader from the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam in the Amazon Prime Video’s web series, ‘The Family Man 2’, and has left netizens in awe of her spectacular performance. Now, according to the recent reports, Akkineni is all set to feature in a trilingual web show with Netflix.

It is stated that Netflix is currently planning for a web show with the ‘Jaanu’ actress as the lead actress, which is stated to be a trilingual one. Reportedly, Akkineni has signed the web show and it is going to be made in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. However, an official confirmation is yet to be made.
On the work front, Akkineni will be seen playing a mythological role in the historical drama, ‘Shaakunthalam,’ directed by Gunasekhar. She will be seen as Shakuntala. In Kollywood, she will be seen in the upcoming Rom-Com titled ‘Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal’ which is directed by Vignesh Shivan and also features Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara in pivotal role.
