Salman Khan calls Thala Ajith his favourite Tamil actor, Vaali his favorite movie

Salman Khan — who is basking in the success of his latest release Dabangg 3 — is undoubtedly one of the most popular Bollywood actors. Dabangg 3 has finally released in multiple languages namely Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. In order to promote the multilingual film, Salman Khan organised several events throughout the country including Mumbai, Bangalore, Channai and Hyderabad. 

A video of Salman Khan from Channai’s promotion has recently surfaced on the internet in which he was asked about his favorite Tamil actor. Responding to the question, Salman Khan said that his favorite Tamil hero is  Thala Ajith and favorite movie is Vaali.

The revelation comes at an event (Zee Tamil) which was attended by Dabangg star cast Kiccha Sudeep, Saiee Manjrekar and Prabhudeva.

Notably, Vaali is an Indian Tamil language romantic thriller film directed and produced by S. J. Surya and S.S  Chakravarthy respectively. In Vaali, Thala Ajith played the double role with Simran in the lead role. Dabangg 3 Twitter Reaction

The story of Vaali revolves around two look alike brother named Deva and Shiva, with Deva being deaf and dumb. When Shiva marries his sweetheart Priya, Deva becomes obsessed with and lusts for Priya. The film turned out commerical success at box office.

 

Speaking about Dabangg 3, the film has finally hit the theatres and has opened to positive at box office. According to reports, the film collected Rs 24.5 crore on Friday and it is reported to have earned Rs 24 crore on Saturday too.

With the third film of the Dabangg franchise, Salman Khan has brought the beloved character of Chulbul Pandey to the big screen. The original Dabangg was a major success and was also critically acclaimed. Dabangg 2, on the other hand, got a lukewarm response from the critics but it also made good money.
