Salman Khan to cast Aayush Sharma in a Marathi remake
Superstar Salman Khan had launched his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma in Bollywood with romantic drama ‘Loveyatri’ that was produced by his production house. As per recent reports, after giving the actor a debut in a romantic film the ‘Dabangg’ Khan now plans to launch him in an action avatar.
According to reports in Mumbai Mirror, Salman Khan has bought the remake rights of Marathi blockbuster ‘Mulshi Pattern’, which hit the marquee in November. The Dabangg Khan’s production house will remake the film in Hindi with Aayush Sharma in the leading role. The crime drama will see Aayush Sharma in a serious avatar performing action and stunts. The hunt for the director and the lead actress is already on and the movie might go on floors by mid-2019.
Aayush Sharma has already started training for the upcoming film.
For your information, ‘Mulshi Pattern’ starring Om Bhutkar and Mahesh Manjrekar revolved around farmers, who have lost their lands, turning to petty crimes due to poverty. It brings to light the poverty, and the frustration faced by farmers in Pune’s Mulshi taluka. Some of them even become gang lords.
It will be interesting to see Aayush Sharma in an action-packed film soon.
There is a buzz in Bollywood circles that Aayush Sharma has also bagged a gangster film that also stars Sanjay Dutt. But we are waiting for the official announcement.
