Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are all set to host their second wedding reception in Mumbai on November 28. The couple is hosting the wedding reception at Mumbai’s prestigious Grand Hyatt for family, friends and media personnel.
As we are waiting for the guests to arrive at the venue, here is a treat for the fans. Designer Sabyasachi has shared the making of Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding dress on his Instagram handle.
The acedesigner shared two videos, showing how their outfits for the Sindhi-style wedding were created. Deepika’s red bridal lehenga and Ranveer’s sherwani are a part of Sabyasachi’s ‘India Revival Project.’

The couple tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony at Lake Como in Italy. While the Konkani wedding took place on November 14, the Anand Karaj ceremony took place the next day. The actors ensured heavy security to keep their wedding a private affair. After sharing only two pictures on their wedding day, they went on to share several pictures a few days later. The couple then hosted a lavish reception in Bengaluru which was followed by a fun-filled post-wedding bash in Mumbai hosted by his sister Ritika. After their second reception on November 28, the couple will throw a grand reception for their industry friends on December 1.
Deepika’s lehenga had intricate dabka embroidery and gota work. The video also showcased how Sabyasachi incorporated the ‘Sada Saubhagyavati Raho’ dupatta in his design. Ranveer’s sherwani was made in brocade and enhanced with embroidery.
The couple will next hold a reception for their Bollywood friends at Grand Hyatt on December 1, 2018.
