Roohi To Mumbai Saga-Upcoming Hindi Movies In March 2021 

The pandemic Coronavirus wave made filmmakers halt the release of their much-anticipated projects. The outspread has still not been contained but the government is doing its best to control the spreading. After the theatrical giants were allowed to resume the full capacity hosting, production houses in India started announcing the release dates for their respective films. Surprisingly last week itself many Hindi films got new release dates. Here check out the list of films that are slated to be released in March 2021. The list includes Rajkummar Rao, Janhvi Kapoor starrer Roohi, John Abraham, Emraan Hashmi starrer Mumbai Saga, and few other films.

Upcoming Bollywood movies in March 2021:

Roohi:

This upcoming horror-comedy marks first collaboration film of Rajkummar Rao, Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Sharma, which is being bankrolled by Dinesh Vijan. Janhvi gets kidnapped by Rajkummar and her body gets possessed by a ghost who abducts brides from their honeymoons. This film appears to take the audience on a thrilling ride with its edgy, hilarious and romantic plot. Producer, Dinesh Vijan recently revealed that he is planning to release few more films as a part of his horror universe and all the movies would be interconnected to each other. Roohi was earlier titled Roohi Afzana. This is the first big film to get a theatrical release post-pandemic break. It is releasing on March 11.

Mumbai Saga:

Emraan Hashmi and John Abraham starrer, Mumbai Saga is a crime drama directed by Sanjay Gupta. The list of its ensemble cast includse Suniel Shetty, Kajal Aggarwal, Rohit Roy, Anjana Sukhani, Mahesh Manjrekar, Prateik Babbar and Gulshan Grover. Set in the backdrop of Mumbai, this one is apparently inspired by real-life events. And the plotline is set around the shocking true story of how “Bombay became Mumbai”. Mumbai Saga is slated to be released on March 19.

Time To Dance:

Katrina Kaif’s younger sister, Isabelle is set to mark her Bollywood debut with Time To Dance, which also features Sooraj Pancholi. As revealed in the official trailer the plot follows the lead’s passion for dance. However, it is also about finding true love in their upside-down journey to winning. The star cast appeared to have worked hard on their dancing skills because the movie is all about ballroom and Latin dancing and these two dance forms demands great physical activity. This one is slated to be released on March 12.

Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar:

Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor starrer Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar were supposed to be released a while back ago, however, due to the pandemic outspread, the release date got postponed. As the theaters have started working to their full capacity recently, Yash Raj Films announced the new release dates for five films. Sandeep Aur Pink Faraar is a black comedy and it also features Raghubir Yadav and Neena Gupta in the key roles. It is slated to be released on March 19.
