Rishi Kapoor Wanted Son Ranbir To Marry This Person, Guess Who?

Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor is known not only for his acting chops but also for his multiple affairs. After dating many popular actresses he has finally found his soul mate in Alia Bhatt. The Raazi star too has bonded well not only with Ranbir but also with his family members. The Kapoor’s too have accepted her. However, did you know that late actor Rishi Kapoor wanted his son Ranbir to marry somebody else?

Can you guess who that person is? Well, he’s none other than Ranbir Kapoor’s best friend Ayan Mukerji.

Back in 2018, Rishi had taken to his Twitter handle to share a picture of son Ranbir Kapoor along with his best friend Ayan Mukerji. He had suggested that they both get married.

Rishi Kapoor known for his sense of humour had captioned the image as, ‘Best friends! How about you both getting married now? High time!’

Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji had worked together in ‘Wake Up Sid!’ since then there has been no looking back. The duo is often seen together on vacations and events. Alia Bhatt has also joined them and the trio is practically inseparable.

Alia Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji have been Ranbir’s pillars of support ever since his father Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with cancer. Even after his sad demise recently, his friends were standing tall with him.

The three are working together for the upcoming release ‘Brahmastra’. The movie will also feature Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Dimple Kapadia, and Mouni Roy in key roles.
