Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor passed away after battling Leukemia for two years. He breathed his last at a Mumbai hospital on April 30. The actor underwent treatment in New York and had returned to India last year. The versatile actor was cremated at Chandanwadi crematorium in the presence of close family and friends. One person was unable to attend the funeral rites due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. She was Rishi and Neetu Kapoor’s daughter Riddhima Kapoor.
Unable to attend the funeral, Rishi Kapoor’s daughter, Riddhima Sahni took to social media to express her grief. She was in Delhi when the funeral rites were performed on April 30. Today the grieving daughter shared a number of throwback family picture.

In the picture, we can see Rishi Kapoor posing with Neetu who is holding up a toddler Ranbir Kapoor. Riddhima is snapped cutely posing for the camera.
Her husband Bharat Sahni too did the same in remembrance of Kapoor senior.
Riddhima reached Mumbai on Saturday night and attended the final prayer meet held for her father at Banganga tank where the actor’s ashes were immersed on Sunday.
On Monday, Neetu wrote a message of thanks for the doctors who treated Rishi. She wrote, “As a family we have a deep sense of loss.. when we sit together and look back at the past few months what we also feel is immense gratitude – gratitude towards the doctors at HN reliance hospital! The whole team of doctors, brothers and nurses headed by Dr Tarang Gianchandani treated my husband like he was their own – they advised us like we were their own.. and for all that and more I thank them from the bottom of my heart.”
Ranbir Kapoor, his girlfriend Alia Bhatt, Riddhima, Neetu, and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji were spotted immersing Rishi’s ashes in the Banganga on Sunday.
