Actor Richard Gere has once again become the father of a baby boy. Richard, 70, and Alejandra, 37, have welcomed their second son together according to Spanish magazine Hola! The couple is currently at a ranch outside New York.

Reports of Richard and Alejandra expecting their second child first surfaced in November, but the couple didn’t confirm the news. They tied the knot in April 2018 and announced they were expecting their first child together in August. They announced the news in a very unique way. Alejandra shared a photo of herself and her husband with the Dalai Lama – who put his hand on her bump to bless the unborn child.
Alejandra and Richard welcomed son Alexander in February 2019. The couple also has children from their previous relationships.
Richard and his ex-wife Carey Lowell divorced in 2016 after 14 years of marriage. They have a son Homer. Richard was also married to Cindy Crawford for four years prior to his marriage with Carey.
Alejandra has a seven-year-old son Albert with her ex-husband, Govind Friedland.
Earlier, in an interview with Hola! magazine Richard said that he was ‘the happiest man in the universe’ after marrying Alejandra.
He said, “I’m the happiest man in the universe and how couldn’t I be! I’m married to a beautiful, sensitive, funny woman who’s committed to helping people and is a great mother.”
We congratulate the couple on welcoming their second child.
