Rhea Chakraborty goes missing, Bihar police look out for her: report
As per the latest reports, Rhea Chakraborty has gone missing from her Mumbai residence after Sushant Singh Rajput's father filed an FIR against her.
In the latest development to the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death investigation, the actor’s father filed an FIR against his girlfriend-actor, Rhea Chakraborty, on Tuesday, at Rajiv Nagar Police station in Patna. However, as per the latest reports, the actress has gone missing from her Mumbai residence.
A report in Times Now states a team of Bihar Police is in the search for the late actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, the team had reached her residence in Mumbai and found her missing. Rhea has not gotten in contact with the Bihar Police as she wants to file an anticipatory bill against the FIR.
Now, The Bihar Police team is at the Crime Branch to follow up on the investigation made by the Mumbai Police after SSR’s death, states the report.
According to a report in Peeping Moon, Patna Police are not receiving much assistance from Mumbai Police as needed. Thus, they have now determined to not share the FIR copy with the Mumbai Police and keep the inspection to themselves only. Now, the Patna IG and SSP are keeping track of the case.
SSR’S father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea under various sections including financial exploitation, threats, abetment of suicide, and others.
Five people, including, Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, parents, and Sushant’s manager Shruti Modi have been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal code, which include- 306 (abetment to suicide). 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating), 506 (criminal intimidation), 120 (criminal conspiracy), and also charged them under the Mental Health Care Act, reported by DNA.
