Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Bombay High Court Grants Bail To Rhea Chakraborty
According To The Latest Reports, Rhea Chakraborty Has Been Granted With The Bail From Bombay High Court In Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case
Rhea Chakrabory and her brother, Showik had been arrested by the Narcotic Control Bureau in Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The actress and her brother have been accused of procuring and consuming drugs alongside the late actor. After arresting her the investigating officers are probing the drug nexus in Bollywood. According to the latest reports, the actress now gets a bail, while her brother still remains behind the bars.
Rhea was arrested by the NCB on September 8 and earlier she was remanded to 14-day judicial custody till September 22. However, later her judicial custody was extended and the court had rejected her bail plea, as investigating officers were still summoning Bollywood celebs in drug nexus case. As per the latest tweet post by news agency, ANI, Bombay High Court has granted bail to Rhea Chakraborty and rejected the bail plea of her brother Showik Chakraborty.

Alongside Rhea, Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend, Samuel Miranda, and his house help Dipesh Sawant have also been granted bail by the Bombay High Court. While Abdul Basit’s bail plea has been rejected.

For the unversed, Rhea Chakraborty is said to have named around 25 elite Bollywood celebs to the NCB, who reportedly consumed drugs at the parties. The NCB is expected to summon more big names from the industry.
